Intellectual Property & DMCA Notice

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Β§ 512) & EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance

1. Policy Statement

THREADFLOW respects the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and trademark owners. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512, and the European Union Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), we maintain an expedited notice-and-takedown procedure for responding to formal notices of alleged infringement regarding user-submitted custom print designs.

2. User Content Warranty & Indemnification

Our platform functions as an automated customizer tool allowing users to upload personal digital graphics. Under our Terms of Service, every user who uploads an image warrants under penalty of perjury that they own all copyrights and trademark rights, or possess valid commercial licensing.

Users agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless THREADFLOW and its fulfillment suppliers against any third-party claims, legal fees, or damages resulting from unauthorized artwork submissions.

3. Submitting a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright or trademark owner (or an authorized agent) and believe that content submitted or printed through our service infringes your rights, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written notification containing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed, including registration numbers where applicable.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including URLs, product descriptions, or mockup references).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If a user believes that their submitted content was disabled or rejected as a result of mistake or misidentification, the user may file a written Counter-Notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(g)(3) providing their contact details, statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief, and consent to federal jurisdiction.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA, THREADFLOW maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts and ordering privileges of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
